A small team that
points you the right way
We are not a bank, an NBFC or a lender. We are a third party that shows you the best offers you can actually get, and sends you to the lender to apply.
What Loan24x7 is — and what it is not
Loan24x7 is a small, independent third party. We are not a bank. We are not an NBFC. We are not a lender, and we are not an agent acting on your behalf. We do not issue loans, we do not disburse a single rupee, we do not hold your money and we do not collect repayments. We never will — that is not the business we are in.
What we do is narrower and, we think, more useful: we keep an up-to-date list of 36 personal loan providers, work out which of them would realistically lend to someone in your situation, and show you the best of those offers side by side. Then we point you at the lender’s own website so you can apply directly with them. Think of us as a signpost, not a shop.
Every lending decision belongs to the lender. They set the interest rate, they run their own checks, they decide whether to approve you and on what terms, and they are the ones regulated by the Reserve Bank of India for that decision. We have no say in it, cannot influence it and cannot speed it up. A loan you take is that lender’s loan, on their paperwork, with their customer service — though we will always help you work out who to talk to.
Most comparison sites list every lender they can and let you discover afterwards that you were never eligible. That produces long, flattering result pages and a lot of rejected applications. We would rather show you the offers you can actually get.
The whole thing runs on your phone
You never have to visit a branch, print a form or wait on hold to compare. The check takes about two minutes, works on a mid-range Android on a patchy connection, and saves your progress as you go — so a dropped signal does not cost you the application.
Comparing here does not involve a credit check, so it leaves no mark on your credit report.
What we hold ourselves to
- We do not invent numbers
- Every rate, income floor and loan ceiling on this site comes from a signed partner agreement. Every EMI figure — including the example in our footer — is computed by the same function the offer engine uses, and that function is pinned by tests against known values.
- We disclose the commercial interest
- Partners pay us when a referral becomes a loan. That commercial weighting is capped at 5 points out of 100 in our ranking, so a better-fitting offer always beats a better-paying one. The full method is published.
- We do not use dark patterns
- No fake live counters, no countdown timers, no invented scarcity, no pre-ticked consent boxes, and no reviews we cannot attribute to a real customer.
- We collect as little as we can
- We never ask for your passwords, your card PIN or an OTP — nobody legitimate ever will. Aadhaar and PAN are offered as optional fields and nothing on this site is withheld if you leave them blank. Credit reports you choose to upload are deleted automatically after 90 days, and you can ask us to erase everything at any time.

We are deliberately small. Loan24x7 is run by a handful of people as a Udyam-registered micro enterprise, not a large financial institution, and we do not pretend otherwise. The officer named above is a real, contactable person who answers grievances personally, within 1 working day, Monday to Friday.
How we research and review what we publish
Partner terms — rates, fees, eligibility rules and tenures — are transcribed from the signed agreement with each lender and reviewed whenever that agreement changes. Each partner page shows when its figures were last updated.
Anything we write about credit scores, eligibility or the cost of borrowing is checked against primary sources: Reserve Bank of India circulars, and the credit bureaus themselves. Where we cite a rule, we link to the source so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
If we get something wrong, we correct it and say what changed. If you spot an error, tell us — particularly if we showed you an offer you turned out not to be eligible for.
How we make money
A lending partner pays us a referral fee when someone we send to them takes a loan. You pay us nothing, ever. We explain exactly how that interest is contained in how we rank offers.
